Sunway Lagoon Nite Park

Want a little adrenaline rush during night time? Well i do! I so wanna go to this SUNWAY LAGOON NITE PARK! For this christmas season, Sunway Lagoon have introduced the Nite Park, which extends its opening hours from 7pm to 11pm, last rides on 10pm.

Location: Sunway Lagoon

Date: 11 - 13 December & 18 Dec 2009 - 3 Jan 2010

Time: 7pm to 11pm (last ride at 10pm)

Entrance fee: FREE

Pay per ride rate: RM8 for thrilling rides (each) and RM5 for family ride (each)

Only two sections of the park is open, ie the Amusement Park and the Scream Park and you're required to pay using coupon system for each ride. Coupon booklets are available at the Scream Park counter or at the entrance to Sunway Lagoon.

Thermal Spa Water to quench your skin's thirst

Weather these few days were crazily HOT. And my office's air-cond is blasted to the max everyday. Being able to enjoy cooling environment @ such hot weather is a blessing, but the air-cond is getting it's way to my skin, causing DEHYDRATION!!! I'm sure most office ladies agree with me.

What can we do to counter this problem? We put on moisturizers, hydrating serums etc. For those who wears makeup, we carefully choose quality foundation with infused moisture e.g. Diorskin Nude Hydrating liquid foundation or Clinique's Supermoisture liquid foundation or Bobbi Brown's Luminous Moisturizng Foundation. But still, it's not enough for our skin the withstand the critically-dry condition at our offices.

It'll be too messy if i were to apply hydrating gel over my makeup during mid-day. Hence, i've chosen my best weapon - Thermal spa water mist :)

So what's the function of these Thermal Spa Water? Generally, the thermal water contains trace elements and mineral salts which are believed to be beneficial to your skin - Soothe & smooth your skin + Provides moisure. Most importantly it is very convenient to be used, just spray with a distance of 2 meters from your face, and voila, your skin is refreshed & moisturized :)

Well, there's a few brands who markets the almost similar water mist. I've shortlisted a few common brands, and made a price comparison between Guardian, Watsons and SASA:

Montagne Jeunesse Masque -

Hi ladies, remember my last Product Review on Montagne Jeunesse Fudge Sauna, Hot Vanila Masque? Click HERE for flash back. Well, this time i'm gonna write a reivew with Montagne Jeunesse Aromatherapy Masque.

I chose Aromatherapy Masque as i needed to relax a little for this weekend after being busy overseas and all. I do realise that this mask contains essential oils which may cause sensitivity to skin. Taking a deep breath, i used it anyhow. On the packaging, it says this mask is for Relaxing and Deep Cleansing.

Upon opening the package, the fragrance of lavender immediately arises, reminds me the smell of luxurious spa and relaxing massage. The texture of the mask was creamy, similar to the Fudge Sauna. Filling up my bathtub with warm water, i applied the mask over cleansed face, soak myself into the bath tub.... and Relax....

Throughout the 10 minute, the fragrance of essential oils (Lavender, Cinnamon, Rose flower oil, Frankincense oil and Orange oil) did not fade off. The strength of the fragrance was just nice, nothing too pungent, but soft and calming.

After the 10th minute, i wash off the mask with splashes of water. What's left behind is my relaxed mind and soft, soft skin.

The VERDICT - Skin was softer after use of this mask, but i couldn't tell on the part if it deeply cleanses my face.

Will i buy it again? - Yes, occasionaly. Only when i need to relax myself.

A packet of 15g = RM5.90, lasted me 3 times of usage.

My plan is to try out other masque under Montagne Jeunesse later on, as i think their product is worth a try :)

Clarins - A Beautiful Christmas Celebration for Members Dec 09

Makeover was done by lovely Shenen, Clarins' make up artist. She did a natural nude look for me which i absolutely love it. Too bad there was a long queue waiting for her makeover service, i did not have chance to ask and learn her make up techniques.

The Free Manicure Service was short and brief, inclusive of only nail-shaping and colouring. They were 4 colours of nail colour to choose from, i chosed the hot red which represents Clarins. The colour turned out not bad, slightly devilish, but i love the sexiness ;p

The FREE Neck & Shoulder massage was great! I was just hoping that it lasted longer...
