I have not tried out any Elianto nail polish previously. So here goes my 1st bottle for experimentation which cost me only RM1 :-D

Since i've got the nail polish, might as well i grab a nail polish remover? Guess what i found from the counter? A "grape" Nail polish remover. Hmm.... fruity flavoured remover?? It cost me RM10 for the sweet lavander-coloured lotion. I bought it without trying it out. And when i finally open it when i get home, boy, the fragrance was sweet! Grapelicious :) I always hated the pungent acetone smell of nail polish removers, guess i've found one that change my mind.

Montagne Jeunesse Masque - Fudge Sauna (review)

I guess Montagne Jeunesse had made themselves noticeable in Guardian Pharmacy Stores with their colourful and fun-like packaging. Last month, Guardian was having a promotion, buy one Montagne Jeunesse face masque, get the 2nd one at 50% off. I bought a pair for myself, one of it is "FUDGE SAUNA, Hot vanilla", and i'm gonna write a review about this mask.

I chose Fudge Sauna because i have been lazy with exfoliation, and my blackheads are visible. This mask is meant open pores and deeply cleanses pores, just the right mask i needed. Once opened, the sweet fragrant of Toffee candy arised. "Mmmm Yummy...." I was thinking to myself. The texture is thick and creamy, as though you're holding some thick mud. It has a light beige colour which reminds me of latte with too much milk :p

The moment i apply the mask on my face, i felt the warm sensation, which speedily turns increased to HOT! The super heat lasted for 2 seconds, which then cooled down to slightly warm. *phew*. You're supposed to leave the mask on for 10 minutes. At the 5th minute, i see the mask starts to melt. At 8th minute, i can see my pores opening, which means it is working in cleansing my pores, good for me :-D

After the 10th minute, i washed my face with water, and my face was left with a after-sauna flush due to the warming sensation. I didn't feel my skin softer nor smoother, but my pores are all opened and blackhead removed! To test the result, i gently squeeze my nose, the blackhead areas, and no oil/seed came out.

The VERDICT - My pores are deeply cleansed!

Will i buy it again? Boy, YES!

A packet of 15g = RM5.90, lasted me 3 times of usage.

Good Skin Lab workshop in Halloween 2009

It's about time for me to blog about the Good Skin Lab workshop i've attended on Halloween day. Organized by HELLO! Magazine, the Good Skin Lab targets to show us, the registered participants the INSTANT result of their products. It all happened on:

Date : 31st Oct 2009 (Sat)

Time : 2:30pm - 4:30pm

Location: GoodSkin Labs Training Room, Suria Meriang Sdn Bhd, Level 18, Centrepoint South, The Boulevard, Mid Valley City

Once registered, we were all seated in a small seminar room which fits around 30 people. Videos about Good Skin Labs products were played to introduce the participants to the products. Each participants is provided with individual mirror, a bowl of water, skin care samples and a leaflet about the overall Good Skin Labs products:

The workshop was conducted by this cute lady (whom i forgotten her name, how could i???) Anyway, she taught us step by step in detail, from what is the product, what function it serves, to how to appy it on, and what INSTANT effect you can see.

1st product introduce was Citra-Peel, which is a High Intensity Resurfacing Peel.

It is a two-step product, both are cotton pads soaked in different solution.

Live demonstraiton was done on left side face of the volunteer participant named Dolly. All 4 products were applied on her, and she did a mini catwalk across the room, letting each participant see the instant magic on the left side of her face. Boy i tell you, the result was dramatic, almost magical! Her fine lines and wrinkles were as though erased off, and her eye bags and puffiness were disappeared!
