I visited Isetan The Gardens and was served at the Lancome counter. The sales lady explained to me the function of the sun screen, taught me how to apply it, and gave me the sample. She claimed that the 10ml sample has not arrived at her counter, but she was nice enough to give me two bottles of the 5ml sample :)
